この度もぐもぐクリニックでは「嚥下造影検査用偽薬」を多くの経口固形製剤と同様の製造プロセスで作製し、自己記入式の評価ツールである「PILL-５」と併せる形で、造影による薬剤の嚥下状態の精密なチェックを開始しました。
検査結果をもとに最適な内服方法などを指導いたします。

Detection of Pill Dysphagia
Pill dysphagia is a condition in which the ability to swallow medication is impaired, causing medication to remain in the mouth, pharynx, or esophagus, which can affect the efficacy of the medication and cause aspiration or choking.
Mog2 Clinic has manufactured a placebo for use in VFS using the same manufacturing process as many oral solid dosage forms. In conjunction with the self-administered evaluation tool “PILL-5,” we have begun conducting precise checks of the swallowing status of contrast agents.
Based on the test results, we will provide guidance on the optimal method of administration.
