神戸国際展示場・神戸ポートピアホテルで開催される「第32回日本摂食嚥下リハビリテーション学会学術大会」において、下記2演題を発表いたします。
今回は、嚥下造影検査に用いる日本人主食の造影検査食の開発と、その官能評価について報告いたします。
演題１：

いずれも英語での発表を予定しています。
本研究は、日々の臨床から得られた課題をもとに、より信頼性の高い嚥下造影検査の実現を目指して取り組んできたものです。
もぐもぐクリニックでは、今後も臨床に加え、教育・研究活動を継続し、その成果を嚥下障害医療の発展へと還元できるよう努めてまいります。
Conference Presentation
Mogu-mogu Clinic will present the following two studies at the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Dysphagia Rehabilitation, to be held at the Kobe International Exhibition Hall and Kobe Portopia Hotel.
These presentations focus on the development of radiopaque Japanese staple foods for videofluoroscopic swallow study (VFSS) and their sensory evaluation.

Both presentations will be delivered in English.
These studies were initiated in response to challenges encountered in everyday clinical practice and were conducted with the aim of improving the reliability of videofluoroscopic swallow studies.
